Isabell is passionate about identifying great design and incorporating it into opportunities for every day living. She is always looking for the extraordinary details that make something ordinary become exceptional. Her specialties in community vision, product segmentation, consumer focused marketing, aging in place, universal, and multi-generational design concepts, and customer communication programs made her the ideal individual to manage our DesignLens services.

Before joining John Burns Real Estate Consulting in 2014, Isabell was a product developer, marketing strategist, and manager for over 25 years, visualizing and launching new communities ranging in price from $99,000 to well over $1,000,000 at The Irvine Company, Bren Company, California Pacific Homes, Greystone Homes, Lennar, Olson Company, Intracorp, and Chevron. Isabell has a Bachelor of Science in Marketing, Business Administration from California State University at Northridge, a Certificate for Home Modifications through USC, and has received MIRM, LCDM, and CAPS designation through NAHB. She works in our Irvine office.

She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, studying History, and being involved in her community.
